Wayfinder is an innovative industry led program that’s tackling the significant workforce challenges in supply chain and logistics.
With ever-evolving customer demands, increased risks, emerging technologies, and fierce competition, the world’s supply chains are more complex than ever before. This complexity has resulted in a global talent shortage that’s creating major obstacles for businesses to overcome.
It also means that work in the supply chain sector has got a whole lot more interesting!
Wayfinder research indicates that improving the gender balance of our supply chain workforce makes for better business for all!
