ALC & Parliamentary Friends of Trucks, Trailers, Transport & Logistics Function – 11 September, 2023

On Monday 11 September 2023, the ALC was in Canberra for a Parliamentary Friends of Trucks, Trailers, Transport & Logistics (PFTTTL) function at Parliament House.

The ALC helped bring together industry and government leaders to discuss how we can improve supply chain efficiency in Australia as well as celebrate the newly appointed ambassadors of the Wayfinder: Supply Chain Careers for Women initiative.

Thank you to the PFTTTL co-chairs, Senator Glenn Sterle and the Hon. Nola Marino MP for hosting us. We are also very grateful to the Hon. Catherine King MP, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development of Australia and the Hon. Tony Pasin MP for supporting us on the night with dozens of parliamentarians who were part of this non-partisan forum. Thank you also to the ALC members who travelled to reinforce the importance of ongoing engagement between government and industry.
